Grief is a natural reaction to any form of loss. Whether it't the loss of a loved one, relationship, pet, or job. Everyone grieves in their own way and in their own time. I teach a Grief Course and speak at Grief Workshops and do Grief Counseling. Working through the journey of grief in a supportive community can help you move toward healing and enable your life to be good again.

What Rick Warren did for me, I want to do for others. I learned how to start and grow churches from Rick. I learned how to empower and grow people from Ken Blanchard. I learned how to lead and add value to others from John Maxwell. I am a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, a Certified Life Purpose Coach and a Certified Grief Educator. I primarily coach people on how to become better leaders. I also help pastors start and grow churches. I've had the privilege of coaching some of the pastors of the fastest growing churches in America. Bottom line, coaching enables leaders to go further faster.

I have a passion for helping families cope with loss. I know what it's like to lose a loved one having lost my 5-year-old daughter, Jackie, to a brain tumor. As a Certified Celebrant, I enjoy serving families by performing personalized funeral services during the most difficult time in their lives. I believe a meaningful Celebration of Life service can be the first step toward healing. I was trained as a Celebrant by Forest Lawn to design services that are completely personal, incorporating unique stories, songs and experiences that defined the loved one.

I was shy growing up and never dreamed I'd become a public speaker. I didn't think anybody would listen to me but my mom assured me people would listen if I had something to say. I developed a burning desire to communicate and overcome my fear of public speaking. I'm committed to becoming a great communicator and to the art of crafting messages and talks that inspire, motivate, comfort, encourage and empower people. I have the privilege of speaking at conferences, retreats, businesses, churches, weddings and funerals.
